Cosmic #21 – Jessica Eise
April 4, 2019
Career Trade-Offs & How to Feed the World
We didn’t agree on everything, but it was good fun! This conversation was a good way to start digging into the vast & complex world of food safety and agricultural systems, also touching on career trade-offs and purpose.
Jessica works as a researcher in communications at Purdue University in Indiana, United States. She recently edited a book combining the perspective of 17 academic voices from her sector, the typical minefield I love to get myself into.
[The cosmos needs space for constructive frictions]
There are probably more questions than answers in this episode as I am finding my pace in a debate format that I will probably use more and more moving forward.
Please send me your thoughts on who to invite on the show and key questions you think need to be prioritised in further episodes about agri/food. hello@becosmic.org
Dance, do more, be cosmic,
Camille
