Boosting Relationships Between People & Products

We got kicked out of the place! I think they understood we were here to tell the truth….
But before this group of congress executives came to remove us, we were talking about how hard it is to operate in an industry that is all about selling new products that break, instead of designing them for durability and repairability. Lina works with Fairphone in Amsterdam, and came on her personal time to tell us about the things that can be done today to cleanup the electronic goods supply chain and build relationships that last between people and products.

In this episode, we wear sunglasses, dance in the February sun, and come to an important realisation: everywhere in our lives, relationships tend to get shorter and shorter.
